60 year old woman in terrific shape was frustrated with her thinning hair that worsened after menopause. She felt it aged her appearance. Her biggest concern was the harvest site - having your hair shaved when you are already losing hair was traumatic so she opted for fewer hair transplants than we would recommend (ideally 1500 FUE would have been placed. Many women don't realize receding hair lines and thinning hair in women are treatable.
